I ordered a Titanium White Fennec about 1 hour ago and I still haven't received a friend request or a reply to the email I sent to customer support with my order number and in-game-name. I've purchased twice from them before and items were delivered quickly but the items were cheaper. I'm frustrated with how they're handling the rarer, more expensive items on their platform. (Psyonix has also posted that all of their issues post-update related to trading have been resolved since 14 hours ago so it's not that either)
UPDATE: The reply Aoeah has left on my review is untrue. I already sent them an email with my order numebr and I sent them another one after they replied to my review and they haven't delivered items or replied to either of my emails.
UPDATE 2: Three hours since ordering and Aoeah has still not delivered my items, but they have replied to my email. They told me that orders are piled up and that they're trying to get through them ASAP. They've also said I will get a 100% refund if the item is not delivered. Will update again when/if item or refund is secured.
UPDATE 3: Seven hours after my order was placed, I finally got a refund. I'm glad that I didn't get completely scammed, but the delivery time (and the lack of delivery) and the terrible customer support is disappointing and aggravating. They only replied to the emails where I used an angrier, more aggressive tone, so if you're getting impatient with them I'd recommend doing the same.
At the end of the day, even though I got a refund, I still wish it didn't take seven hours, I wish their customer support was more helpful and replied more often, and above all I wish I had actually received my item.
Sadly, I don't think I will be using Aoeah again after this very unpleasant experience.

I wasnt given an order number for my purchase, and haven't been able to contact customer support because it constantly disconnects when I get close to my queue number.
